This Machine enables bolting cloth used in the manufacture of Printing Screen is stretched applying uniform tension and parallelism in warp and weft sides i.e. towards all the four directions as each one of the clamps holding the bolting cloth are fed separately with compressed air.
The Clamp Chariots are fixed on ball bearings to adjust themselves to the expansion of the guaze by gliding sideways with the stretched fabric and the tension felt on every point of the surface of the bolting cloth will be even. The Machine is designed with rectangular and horizontal M.S. Frame having well-built legs. Clamp Chariots are provided on all the four sides with pneumatic cylinders and prolonging tubes and necessary air connections are fitted with all the cylinders. The pneumatic cylinders hold the screen frame so that it’s lifting is enabled, and required gadgets are provided to suit change of screens of various sizes.
The Machine consists of separate Pneumatic control panel with pressure gauges, pressure regulators, air filter, air lubricator and necessary valves.
